Communities Legislation (Funding Red Tape Reduction) Amendment Bill 2014
The Communities Legislation (Funding Red Tape Reduction) Amendment Bill 2014 amends the existing laws to remove all unnecessary red tape, yet retain essential safeguards. It does this by repealing the Family Services Act 1987 (FSA), removing parts of the Disability Services Act 2006 (DSA) that duplicate the Community Services Act 2007 (CSA), and reducing and amending the CSA.
