Appointment of the Queensland Human Rights Commissioner
Section 234 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (the AD Act) establishes the Queensland Human Rights Commission (QHRC), provides that there is to be a Human Rights Commissioner (Commissioner) and provides that the QHRC consists of the Commissioner and the staff of the Commission.
