Final Report of the Six Month Action Plans - July-December 2012 and January - June 2013
The Government published its Six month action plan July-December 2012 on 13 July 2012.
The Final report of the July-December 2012 six month action plan has now been prepared.
The final report notes that 145 of the 149 actions are “ticked-off” with only four actions not fully implemented.

Appointment Justices of the Peace Qld Civil and Administrative Tribunal
As part of the election commitments, the Government committed $3.5 million over four years to the justice of the peace (JP) program to enhance and refocus the role of JPs in the community. As part of this commitment, a trial commenced in June 2013 to expand the role of JPs to hear minor civil disputes (MCD) with a value of $5,000 or less and non-urgent residential tenancy matters in the Queenslan

Final Progress Report on commitments to UNESCO
The Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area has been subject to consideration at successive World Heritage Committee meetings since 2012.
At the 2021 World Heritage Committee meeting, it was recommended that the Reef be listed ‘in danger’, but the Committee did not agree and requested a Reactive Monitoring Mission.
