Second progress report for Third Action Plan of the Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Strategy
On 18 August 2015, the Government released its response to the Not Now, Not Ever: Putting an End to Domestic and Family Violence in Queensland report (the Not Now, Not Ever report) which accepted all 121 Government-based recommendations and supported the 19 non-government recommendations. Amendments to support video recorded evidence and testing and examination of human remains
On 5 April 2019, Mr Terry Ryan, State Coroner, delivered his findings under the Coroners Act 2003 of the inquest into the disappearance and death of Daniel James Morcombe.
